For lunch: choose from Smoked herb turkey breast with organic leaf lettuce and provolone on chef prepared sourdough, Chicken Caprese sub with basil pesto and fresh mozarrella on french loaf, Cold Cuban torta with mustard and provolone on torta bread, or an exquisite vegetarian Falafel wrap with hummus and cucumber (v).
During our cocktail hour, look forward to a selection of succulent appetizers including pepper poppers (v), spinach and feta spanakopita (v), bacon wrapped dates, and crispy prosciutto crostinis.
For dinner: prepare yourself for a Carolina barbeque feast featuring glazed chicken breast, dry rubbed bbq pulled pork, cole slaw, the most epic potato salad ever, seasonal roasted vegetables and Hawaiian rolls. An equally palette enriching vegetarian dinner option offers all these fixin’s with succulent vegetarian meatballs.
