Absolutely. This year we have added a custom sponsorship builder. Select a base sponsorship level, then add exposure for your brand to special activities and contests, or add more golfers or dinner guests to create a unique package that's right for you..

Navigate to the dinner reservation page and simply add the number of dinner guests. We'll add their tickets to your event registration and you'll be invited to add their details in the event app so they can see table information and participate in dinner activities.

You will get an invite to enter individual golfer and guest contact information into the event system. Your guests will be able to view dinner table placement, select meal options, get a bidder number for the auction, select raffle tickets, and track silent auction bid status. If you haven't received this invite within 10 business days of booking your sponsorship, please email [email protected].

We use the information to facilitate an engaging experience at the tournament and dinner (see previous tab). If the person engages as a donor or makes a direct purchase, we'll update them with details of our humanitarian impact as it relates to their contribution - and invite them to future events, so long as they wish to receive this news. Otherwise, their information is deleted when we archive the event.

We will get to work on fulfilling your sponsorship within 10 business days. The first step will be an invitation to provide logos, ads, and guest information. Then we will keep you updated on next steps and provide information to help you prepare for the event.
