This form is used to collect golfer information and preferences so that we may facilitate a better tournament experience, including meal selections, and so we can invite golfers to pre-select mulligan packages, download a new live tournament scoring app, and challenge their networks to a fun pledge competition (i.e., pledges of $x for each stroke under par).
Registration Form
Get creative and make up a fun team name or otherwise identify your group. Then enter contact information and meal choices. If you have less than four golfers, simply click next step until you reach the end of the form.
